    I’m not a real estate agent, but I do have a trusted network of agents across the city so if you need help finding an agent let me know.

  • I’m a professional ‘Karen’. I centre the client in my work, and raise hell when agents, brokers, or developers try to manipulate clients for their own benefit.

    I’m also a jack of all trades. So, while other mortgage brokers only understand the bank side, and other conveyancers understand the DLD/developer side but not the banks, I have in-depth knowledge and experience of both.

    This means:

    • mistakes and delays are reduced from the outset and throughout the process.

    • There are fewer “surprises.”

    • You can make educated decisions and stay in control of the process.

  • For Mortgage Services

    There is no charge. In Dubai, the banks pay the mortgage brokers - and no, they don’t charge you extra to cover it.

    For Conveyance Services

    It depends on the case type. The most expensive case type is AED 6,300 inclusive of VAT. So, this is the maximum you will be charged.

  • Collaborative, honest, and straightforward. Although I’ve been told a few times, I’m a bit blunt.

    But in real estate, you have to be. There are way too many undereducated and selfish salesmen in the industry who fail to understand (or care) about the gravity of their actions.

    I want my clients to know what’s happening, understand why, and be able to make informed decisions.

    Ultimately, real estate transactions are legally binding contracts, and when it comes down to it, the only people holding liability are the buyer and the seller.

    “I didn’t know,” or “I wasn’t told” aren’t valid answers - so I make sure you do know.
