Meet Innes
Originally from Scotland, I studied Architectural Technology before relocating to Melbourne, Australia, where I worked directly for a construction company selling off-plan residential homes. That experience gave me a strong understanding of how great developments are designed, built, and brought to market.
Five years later, I found myself in Dubai, one of the most dynamic property markets in the world. Rather than taking the traditional brokerage route, I worked exclusively as a buyer’s agent, representing purchasers and helping them secure the right home or investment while negotiating in their best interests.
After several years, I realised I missed the construction side of the industry. I joined a high-end luxury contractor, and it was there that the idea for Urban Solutions was born.
Too often, buying a property and renovating it are treated as two completely separate processes. Urban Solutions was created to bridge that gap—bringing real estate and construction under one roof. We help clients source the right property, assess its value-add potential, manage the renovation through our trusted network of architects and contractors, and ultimately maximise its long-term value.
