Meet Jordan

I’ve been in Dubai since 2012. Real estate since December 2021.

I currently specialise in JGE (Jumeirah Golf Estates) and work with select clients to find the right property, whether that be their own family home or an investor looking for specific units to deliver a specific ROI.

As a team leader, most of my time is spent tending to and training my team. I am in charge of brokers with less than 1 year of experience in the industry to ensure they’re trained properly and understand the values and morals required to be an asset to our industry.

I place huge importance on doing things right, and I want the next generation of brokers to add value and help clean up our industry.

Having been in Dubai so long, I have a large personal network that I utilise to close my deals. Q4 2025 I closed off-plan, secondary, and rental transactions in Meydan, Dubai Marina, JGE, Ranches, JBR, Palm Jumeirah, Production City, and JVC, for example.

With my previous experience opening high-end hospitality venues, combined with my time in Dubai, I am well-versed in finance, understand true ROI potential, and can anticipate future uplift in certain areas.
