For mortgage services, there is no fee for the client. All payments are covered by the bank (and no, it’s not cheaper to go direct to the bank, the fee still exists there, they just keep it themselves).
For Conveyance Services
The fee varies by case type and is dictated by the time and work involved.
Fees start at 4,200aed for a Title Deed Cash buyer: Cash Seller Transaction, and cap out at 6,300 for a Mortgage Buyer : Mortgage Seller Transaction.
